Agent/buyers fees

In Thailand the agency fee (brokerage commission) is paid by the property owner only and is already included in the advertised listing price on FazWaz. These fees typically range from 3% to 5% of the selling price, depending on which market the property is located in Thailand. 

These agency fees are not publicly displayed on any website.

Please note: To reconfirm there are ZERO buyers fees charged by real estate agents operating in Thailand unless you ask them to manage your property or do extra services for your property beyond the sale - all prices are advertised including these fees, only extra fees are the transfer fees paid at the land office.
